What to Expect
Knowing what you are looking for is a great way to begin any design project. Images, whether drawings, abstract backgrounds, or photographs are necessary to relay the desired emotion of the work. Communicating your ideas and being open to working with us to develop your story makes for the best end result.
Website Design
Websites are written primarily in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. From simple single page designs to more complex multi-page and shopping cart designs, we have provided a wide range of layouts to meet the needs of the client.
Graphic Design
Again, born out of necessity, various graphics were needed for software programs for clients and over the years a love of design grew. This is a more creative path than our traditional factory based applications, and projects are often done for more personal reasons. The Adobe Creative Suite is the choice of programs. Logos and specialized designs are made in either rastor or vector format in Photoshop or Illustrator. Adobe InDesign has been used as well for book, newsletter, and brochure layouts.
Photography
Photographs are an important element in website design. Whether given to us by the client or taken by us, the photos in a website provide the potential browsing client a glimpse into the company and what they are all about. In the process of working on the website design, many aspects of handling photographs take place. Some or even all of the following tasks go into the work flow:
- Photographing people, places, or objects
- Photograph post-processing
- Editing including cropping, background removal & colorizing
- Photograph Optimization
- Organizing, naming, providing meta data for photographs
